evaluation/assessment
We discuss your project via email or telephone and we send you our Project Evaluation Questionnaire. Your responses to these questions are critical and the foundation of your web site is based the information you provide us.
A flow chart is created outlining the pages/links and general content for your web site.
Timeline and list of materials we need is determined.
design
Once your deposit has been received, the design process begins. We take time to research and concept, then present you with a complete home page design. You have up to three revisions included.
When the home page is finalized, we present you with two interior page designs- a category page (if part of the site) and a product detail page, based on the home design.
Once the complete design is finalized and approved, we proceed to the next step. Any changes you request once the next step (programming) has begun, will be an additional cost.
programming
Your site will be set up on your hosting server, but will not be accessible to the general public.
The database is created on your server.
We begin the process of applying your design to the ecommerce platform and code any html, php, javascript, flash, etc. that your site requires.
Integration of your merchant account/payment processing system takes place.
data input
The entry and adding of products into your product catalog (webs site) is your responsibility. We add up to two products per category during the build.
We provide you with instructions on how to add products as well as how to control other functions of your site.
testing
Your web site is tested against multiple browsers, links are checked and forms tested.
You may be asked to place several test orders through the site.
launch
All files and site components are made live from your domain name.
Create a schedule for site maintenance if necessary.
