Who couldn’t use better time management skills? Apparently there is a phenomenon known as ‘time chunking’ in which the basic concept is to set specific periods of time for specific tasks with NO interruptions allowed. This is an interesting article on a particular method of time chunking- I think I’ll give it a try!
